    This form is for the use of changing registration from one section of a course to another section of that same course number. Please contact the Office of the Registrar if you have any questions.

    ***PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FORM TO REQUEST A LATE DROP OR LATE WITHDRAWAL FROM A COURSE. COURSE DROPS CAN BE REQUESTED ON DATAVU DURING THE DROP/ADD PERIOD, WITHDRAWALS CAN BE REQUESTED ON DATAVU UNTIL THE WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE.
